We charge by the job regardless of whether its a new construction project or a remodel. Each job is bid put accordingly.
Each timeline is different just like every job is different. But, if you have specific timelines we will try very hard to meet them. Many projects we work on have numerous companies involved and if they fall behind that will often push our schedule back as well.
This is more of a question for you then for us but we here this all the time. Our basic job has a set process but if you want special texture for the ceiling and not the walls that will take extra time to complete. If you want to paint the walls and ceiling yourself that can save you time as well. There are many variables to a budget.
We will first visit your project and provide an estimate of what it will cost and send that estimate to you. If you approves and a start date is set up we will meet your finish date as scheduled.
